Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, allowing for easy access to a lovely pier to watch sunsets, but the room was quite small, making it unpleasant for me to sleep, especially for my wife who has asthma. The service was friendly, although there were some issues with excursion pricing. The dining options were limited, with little variation, although the local seafood was good.
The hotel offers a peaceful location at the northern tip of Zanzibar, overlooking the ocean. The rooms were a bit on the small side and not well-cleaned, but the staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. The dining options were limited, but the above-beach terrace provided a great sea view for sunbathing. The value for money is reasonable considering the facilities offered.
The hotel offers a secluded feel with a great view, away from the hustle and bustle of popular tourist spots like Nungwi. The rooms are really small for two people, with some maintenance issues, but you might enjoy the beach view from some of them. The service can be hit or miss, with some friendly and helpful staff but others not so much. The location is excellent for those seeking privacy, though swimming might be limited. The dining options are limited but freshly made upon order. Overall, a mixed experience with positives and negatives.
